Return Policy Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date you received the product. Returnable Items: Unused, unopened and in the original packaging can be returned, including beginner carbon rods, telescopic portable rods, lure rods, sea rods, hook sets, fishing boxes/storage bags, dip nets/live fish buckets and fishing reels. Non-eligible Items: The following items are not eligible for return policy: Used items Damaged or missing items Special order items
Return Process Submit a request: To request a return, please contact our customer service team via email: yongxing@tidekindyw.com. Return Authorization: You will receive a confirmation email with your return authorization (RMA) number and return address. Returning Items: Return the item with the original packaging and all accessories. Please clearly indicate your RMA number on the package.
Refund Policy Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will process your refund and the refund will be refunded to the original payment method used for purchase. Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Shipping Costs When returning items, the initial shipping cost and return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped in error. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us to confirm shipping costs.
Changes and Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has been shipped, you will be processed according to the above return policy after receiving the item.
